Britney has lost custody of her Boo Boo's. K-Fed now has 100 custody!

It was just a matter of time. We all knew this was coming. So, what was it that finally convinced the court to take her babies away? Was it the all night partying, drinking and alleged drug use? No. Was it the sexual romps with girls and boys and Mommy naked time? No.

It turns out Brit doesn't have a California Drivers License. Ya, you heard me right. Hmm....she's been driving around over here for many years, has had many different cars, various fender benders, multiple run-in's with the police....no one ever bothered to ask her for her drivers license?

She's probably freaking out that Kevin has the kids full time and he's actually the better fit parent in this situation. Wow. Who would have thunk it?

According to the Judge at her Sept. 17th hearing, Spears must alos follow this laundry list of to do's:

- Random drug testing.
- Attending individual counseling at least once a week to address parenting issues.
- Meeting with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week
