Breaking the law
Remember a little while ago when actor Haley Joel Osment had that accident? Well, it looks like he will officially be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
'He lost control of his 1995 Saturn on his way home collided with a brick pillar in a suburb around 1 a.m. on July 20. No bystanders were injured in the wreck, but Osment wasn't so lucky: the actor was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was treated for a broken rib and a shoulder injury.
The collision caused the vehicle to flip over onto its roof and come to rest a short distance from the initial impact. The actor was reportedly alert and talkative following the accident, and was alone at the time of the crash."

On to Mel Gibson's fate.
TMZ reports that "Mel Gibson's lawyer went to the Malibu Courthouse Thursday and appeared with the prosecutor to reveal a plea deal. Gibson has agreed to three years probation, but will avoid jail time. Gibson was ordered to attend one year of AA meetings. For the first four-and-a-half months he must attend five times a week. For the remainder of the time, he must attend three times a week. Gibson must also pay $1200 in fines and penalties as well as one hundred dollars in restitution. Gibson volunteered to do a public service announcement on the hazards of driving under the influence. He also volunteered to enter a rehab program immediately."
Do you think that this is going to effect his career?

These pictures are scary! That picture of Haley just sends chills.
Not sure what this means for both of their careers, but neither one has really been around for awhile, so maybe it'll help their careers. Any publicity is good publicity?
Thanks for the scoop.
