Dumb ass behavior
Jessica Smith from "Laguna Beach, the real Orange County" was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Monday.She was questioned by CHP after being involved in a crash on the freeway.
It's reported that she was "driving a Volkswagen Beetle and slammed it into the back of an Acura. The CHP report said that her level of intoxication, unsafe speed and wet roadways were conditions that led to the crash."
Can you believe she's only 19 years old!

Update in todays paper says she is still in OCJ on felony drunk driving charges due to excessive speed and the road conditions- Bail $100,000
