She has FINALLY come to her senses!!! What the hell took so long?Brit Brit has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Kevin Federline.
The couple wed in September 2004 and have two sons, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, who was born Sept. 12.
According to TMZ, Spears, 24, filed the legal papers Tuesday in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking custody of both boys, with Federline getting visitation rights.
Spears reportedly gives a separation date of Monday, asks that each party pay their own legal fees and waives her right to spousal support.
Mark my words, Brit will have a new look and new album out within 8 months. And she will make a come back. And she will be rock it again.

You are so right on. I am with you and believe that Brit will have a huge comeback. Bigger than any so far.
I think she wanted to take a break and settle down and get away from it all and K looked like the perfect ticket out. But she's come to her senses (she really does have them).
And think, she's probably been working on it. Look, she's looking better and happier. She needed to ditch the bum before she went into the studio (music or dance?) so that he won't get any of the $$ from her comeback success. Right?
I am not a Brit fan, but I am looking forward to watching her stomp her boots all the way back.
