Love in Rehab

Brit has found a new person to be into.

His name is Jason Filyaw and he's self-described as "very spiritual." He's 33 years old and the lead guitarist for the band RIVA.

They first met back in 2003 when he recorded some music with Britney at The Hit Factory in New York and Filyaw says they have kept in touch throughout the years.

They rekindled their friendship recently by attending AA meeting together and he says he is helping her with the spiritually "deep" part of her recovery.

Her didn't give any insight as to if he's dating Spears, but admitted, "I love her, I support her 100% and we are close."
