What's on the telly?

I'm a reality tv junkie. I'm not afraid to admit it. I heart it. If you do too, you'll be intrestes to see what's coming up. Here is a break down of some new shows soon to hit the airwaves.

A&E
Sons of Hollywood, debuting April 1
Tori Spelling’s brother Randy Spelling and Rod Stewart’s son Sean Stewart, along with slick agent pal David Weintraub, sharing a Hollywood pad for a summer.

Alien Encounters, which enlists a scientific task force to explore whether beings from another planet are trying to communicate with earthlings.

A&E also said it has renewed its most-popular reality series: Dog the Bounty Hunter, Gene Simmons Family Jewels, Intervention, and King of Cars.

ABC
In The Great American Dream Vote, which could debut next month,
“a group of six to eight people will state their case to a studio audience, with each explaining his dream and why he deserves to have it fulfilled. Contestants will square off in head-to-head heats, with the studio aud eliminating the first few rounds of players,” Variety reports. Viewers will vote, and the winner apparently gets their dream.

The CW
Crowned, which is “a competition … in which mothers and daughters will team up to win a pageant-style contest,” Variety reports. The show will “explore the complex relationship betweens moms and daughters by throwing them into the stress-filled world of beauty pageants,” and the “winners are also expected to walk away with a six-figure cash prize.”

GSN
In development at GSN is The Box, “a live, nightly reality game show event where contestants have to live and compete in a glass box in the middle of a large American city,” according to the network.

Kerry’s Getting Married, which the network says “will follow one woman’s search for the perfect man” as “the bride-to-be will reside in a posh apartment and live with one man at a time to see if they meet her dreams and expectations.” Those who don’t will be immediately replaced by someone selected by viewers; and “the man she finally chooses will marry her in grand fashion on live TV and as an added bonus will keep the dream apartment as their first home together.”

Oxygen
Tori & Dean: Inn Love, a show that follows Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott as “they open their own bed & breakfast” and “give viewers an intimate look at their new life as they try to balance the challenges and obstacles they face as first-time innkeepers along with the joys and stresses of preparing for their first baby,” the network says. It debuts March 21 at 10 p.m. ET.

SciFi
Destination Truth, which is a “six-episode weekly reality show [that] features Josh Gates, described as a world adventurer and ‘eager truth-seeker,’ visiting a different destination every week … [that] is said to be home to supernatural, mysterious stories,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. They “will set out to either prove or debunk by talking to witnesses and experts and immersing himself in the local culture.”

Style Network
Dress My Nest, which stars Queer Eye’s Thom Filicia, “[uses] favorite clothing as inspiration for the design of a living space,” according to the network. It debuts March 28.

VH1
The Agency, a show that “the booking agents of the Wilhelmina Modeling Agency,” according to the network. It debuts Feb. 20 at 10 p.m. ET.

Dice Undisputed, a series that follows Andrew Dice Clay, who’s “coming out of retirement and he’s pulling out all stops to do it with a multi-media blitz — writing a book, cutting a record, producing his own Sirius radio show and playing to the types of crowds that made him a legend,” the network says. It debuts March 4 at 10:30 p.m. ET.

I loved this, thank you. Very informative. I need more though. I think you did not include the "regulars." And I'd like to recap to make sure I am not missing anything. But we can get together and talk and compare notes.

Fi-I only included the new stuff coming up. regulars hopefully will stay where they are. I am slowly catching up on my "brothers and sisters" block that I tivo'd. One down, two to go!
